NAME: Marche Rosso
AGE OF VINEYARDS: around 1997, the first vineyards planted in the company

YIELD PER HECTARE: 30 quintals
TRAINING: 2200 double Guyot vines
HARVEST: Strictly manual harvest with selection of the bunches in the field after the second ten days of October
VINIFICATION: soft and delicate destemming of the grapes, taking care not to break the skin of the berries. Subsequent fermentation in tonneaux at controlled temperature.

REFINING: in French oak barriques, exclusively new, for more than 24 months, where the malolactic fermentation is also carried out. A 12-month bottle refinement follows
